By registering on the site and/or making a payment, you declare that you have read this User Agreement, fully understood its content and accept all its provisions unconditionally.
This agreement is made between EloHane (the "Service Provider") and the natural person who registers at elohane.com (the "User").
EloHane is a software service developed for Counter-Strike 2, offered as two separate products, Internal and External, in time-limited packages. Each product is licensed separately.
2.1. Payments are accepted via Binance Pay (USDT), credit/debit card or bank transfer (IBAN, TRY). Binance Pay payments are verified automatically using the transaction number provided by the User; bank transfers are reviewed and approved manually by the Service Provider.
2.2. Card Payments: Payments made by credit/debit card are collected through an intermediary sales platform that the Service Provider works with. Card details are never passed to or stored by the Service Provider at any stage. In return for the payment the User receives a single-use activation code; when it is entered on this site the license is assigned automatically. The intermediary platform's own terms of use, payment and refund policies are that platform's responsibility.
2.3. Payment Responsibility: The User sending a wrong amount, transferring to a wrong wallet/account/IBAN, entering a wrong transaction number or activation code, or any technical failure, delay or error in the payment infrastructure (Binance, bank, intermediary platform) is entirely the User's responsibility. The Service Provider can in no way be held responsible for third-party payment infrastructure, transaction delays or platform errors.
2.4. If automatic verification fails, the order is put under manual review; this process may require additional verification information (proof of transaction, etc.).
3.1. Strict Refund Policy
The service provided is digital content delivered immediately upon purchase confirmation. Once the account has been activated, no refunds are given under any circumstances or for any reason. By accepting this agreement the User accepts that they unconditionally waive their right of withdrawal.
3.2. Incorrect Payment: The Service Provider is not responsible for losses arising from payments made by the User with a wrong amount, wrong account or wrong transaction number, and no refund or compensation can be requested for such losses.
3.3. Unjustified Disputes and Chargebacks: If the User initiates a malicious chargeback (payment dispute), makes a false statement, or disputes a payment despite having used the service, the Service Provider reserves the right to close the account immediately and permanently, and may also pursue all legal remedies.
4.1. The account is personal to the User. The User is responsible for the security of their account details.
4.2. Sharing Prohibited: If the account is shared with, transferred or sold to someone else, the Service Provider may close the account permanently without any obligation to refund or compensate.
5.1. The software may temporarily stop working because of game updates. The Service Provider aims to adapt it within a reasonable time but gives no firm guarantee of how long this will take.
5.2. Such interruptions do not create a separate right to a refund or a free extension; any such request is at the Service Provider's discretion.
6.1. EloHane is an independent software service with no official affiliation with any third-party game platform.
6.2. No VAC / In-Game Ban Protection
EloHane has no VAC (Valve Anti-Cheat) protection of any kind and no "ban-proof" guarantee for Counter-Strike 2. Such caution is normal in a game like CS2 that has undergone fundamental changes; none of the products (Internal or External) reduce the risk to zero. Using the software always carries the risk of your account being restricted by VAC, a Game Ban, a Trust Factor drop or an administrative (Overwatch/community) ban. This risk lies entirely with the User; the Service Provider makes no express or implied commitment that your account will not be banned.
For information only: as of the date this agreement came into force, no customer has reported a VAC ban. This statement is historical information and does not constitute a guarantee or commitment about future results.
6.3. The User is solely responsible for all consequences that may arise from using the software (including VAC/Game Bans, account restrictions and Trust Factor drops); the Service Provider gives no guarantee in this respect, and no refund or compensation is given for banned accounts.
6.4. The Service Provider cannot be held responsible for force majeure (natural disasters, infrastructure outages, third-party platform policy changes, etc.).
6.5. Style of Use and In-Game Behaviour
The software offers the User a range of settings and automation options. How and to what extent these options are used is entirely the User's own choice and decision. The following are examples and are not exhaustive:
These choices may always result in in-game reports, Overwatch review, community/server bans, Trust Factor drops, matchmaking restrictions, VAC or a Game Ban. The User uses the software knowing and accepting that these consequences may arise directly from their own choices of use.
The Service Provider has no supervision or control over the User's in-game behaviour; it only provides the software. It cannot be held responsible for any consequence arising from the situations listed above, and no refund, extension, compensation or damages can be claimed on these grounds.
6.5.1. Risk from use alone: Independently of the above, there is always a possibility that anti-cheat systems detect that the software is merely running and restrict the account regardless of the User's in-game behaviour. This possibility varies by product: External does not write to the game's memory and does not load code into the game; Internal runs inside the game. No product eliminates this possibility. This risk also lies entirely with the User.
Basic information about your account (username, email, order history) is stored only to provide the service and is not shared with third parties. Your personal data is protected under the applicable legislation.
All software, trademarks, logos and content belonging to EloHane are protected under the applicable intellectual property legislation. Unauthorised copying, distribution or any attempt at reverse engineering is prohibited.
This agreement comes into force when the User registers on the site or makes their first payment, and becomes legally binding between the parties when it is accepted electronically.
This is a translation provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Turkish version prevails.
