EloHane comes as two products: Internal (comprehensive, in-game menu) and External (standalone app). Licenses, downloads and configs are separate per product, but all are managed with the same account. Where the answer depends on the product, both are explained separately. Internal features →

EloHane is two separate products built for Counter-Strike 2 players, both used with the same account:
In both products every feature can be switched on and off independently, and settings can be changed live in-game. For the full list see the Features page.
Installation takes a few steps after your purchase is complete. First sign in to your dashboard and choose the product your license is for on the Download page.
Internal
External
Note for External: make sure CS2's display mode is Fullscreen Windowed (Borderless) — the overlay isn't visible in Fullscreen mode.
Internal: the menu doesn't open by itself; press INSERT in-game. If the DLL didn't load, make sure you ran the loader as administrator and CS2 is running.
External: the most common cause is CS2's display mode. Check it in the in-game Settings > Video menu: if the mode is Fullscreen, the overlay isn't visible, because this mode gives the game full control of the screen. Switching the mode to Fullscreen Windowed (Borderless/Windowed Fullscreen) fixes it.
The app is built to run on 64-bit Windows 10 and Windows 11. For a smooth experience we recommend keeping your operating system up to date.
You can contact us via our Discord server and apply on the Free Cheat page. Free access applies only to External; Internal is offered in paid packages. Approved applications can use limited visual features; the current included/excluded list is on the Free Cheat page. AimBot and TriggerBot are locked; the automatic chat message can't be turned off either and is always fixed to general chat.
Binance Pay (in USDT, verified automatically as soon as you enter your transaction number), credit/debit card (you pay and enter the activation code you receive on the site — the license is assigned instantly, no waiting for approval) or bank transfer (IBAN) (after you report the sender name/description, our team approves it manually — it isn't automatic and may take a few hours). You can choose between the methods on the payment page.
Package prices are primarily in USDT. The TRY amount shown next to it is calculated approximately from the Central Bank of Turkey's daily selling rate and may vary slightly during the day — the rate refreshes every few hours. If you pay with Binance Pay, the amount you send is always based on USDT.
There are a few possible reasons for a delay: the amount sent was short, it was transferred to the wrong wallet/account, or the transaction number was entered incorrectly. Responsibility for these lies with the user who sent the payment.
Apart from that, automatic verification can sometimes fail; your order is then put under manual review and additional verification info (proof of transaction, etc.) may be requested. We can't be held responsible for delays or technical failures in Binance's infrastructure.
The service is digital content delivered immediately upon purchase confirmation. Once the account is activated, no refunds are given under any circumstances or for any reason. By confirming the purchase you unconditionally waive your right of withdrawal. We are also not responsible for losses caused by delays, failures or errors on Binance's side. For details, see the User Agreement.
Use the "forgot password" link on the sign-in page to send a reset link to your registered email address. You can set a new password through that link within a few minutes.
Your account works on any computer you like — there's no device lock. Home PC, laptop or internet café, it doesn't matter; you can sign in anywhere.
The only rule: on only one device at a time it can be open. When you sign in from another computer, the previous session closes immediately — the program closes itself even mid-game. This is to prevent account sharing.
EloHane does not provide any VAC (Valve Anti-Cheat) protection for Counter-Strike 2. Such caution is normal in a relatively new game like CS2 that has undergone fundamental changes; none of our products will offer VAC protection for some time. In both products the risk is not zero and we give no guarantee against your account being banned.
That said, we'd like to point out: so far none of our customers has received a VAC ban while using EloHane. This isn't a guarantee but an honest account of our track record — it shouldn't be read as a promise about the future.
A large share of bans come not from automatic detection but from other players' reports. The software gives you the means; how you use them is entirely your decision and directly determines the risk:
The consequences of these choices — reports, Overwatch, community bans, Trust Factor drops, VAC or a Game Ban — are entirely the user's. We have no control over your in-game behaviour; no refunds, extensions or compensation are given for these reasons (see the User Agreement section 6.5).
Finally: regardless of how you play, there's also a chance that anti-cheat systems detect that the program is merely running. This chance varies by product: External doesn't write to the game's memory or load code into it; Internal runs inside the game, which is how it offers its extensive features. Neither one removes the risk entirely. This risk also lies with the user.
No. The account belongs only to the registered user. If sharing, transfer or sale is detected, the account may be closed permanently, with no refund.
Under Settings > My Configs, type a name and press Save to create a config. Check the loaded config and auto-save status at the top; without a loaded config, settings may reset on exit. Local files are in %LOCALAPPDATA%\EloHane\Internal\configs.
The Share on site button generates a 6-character code; the code is loaded from the Community section. Save your own settings before opening someone else's config. Internal and External configs aren't interchangeable.
Internal: check the version status under Settings > Account. Save your config, close CS2 and the loader; replace the loader and DLL from the latest ZIP together and restart the game. Don't swap the DLL while the game is running.
External: save your settings and close the app, then use the latest EXE. Each product has its own download and license.
